Melissa Allison is the founder of We Are The Women. Melissa presents workshops that help women who are coming into the years of the wise woman focus on regaining their personal power, realizing the importance of their life experiences, forming habits of healthy eating, caring for their bodies and tuning into their inner strength and guidance through meditation and visualization.

Never before has such a dynamic group of women come to the middle of their life experience with so much to offer. Attending a We Are The Women workshop will empower and heal individual lives and ultimately, using the tools taught, the collective consciousness.
